It's April 1st, which means two things.
1. More Signs of Spring.
2. April Fools.
On the first day of classes I let my students ask me random questions, and this semester I got "What's the best prank you've ever pulled, and would you be open to being pranked by students?" Uh oh! But I don't teach that class on Fridays, and none of them were motivated enough to prank me in the Writing Center or through email, so I appear to have escaped unpranked. It was kind of sad to have such an uneventful April Fools' Day though. The only sign of ridiculousness I saw all day was a giant Slurpee on my commute home.
Anyone have any good stories from today?
